Victoria Barrett has taught freshman composition at BSU since Fall, 2004.

Her short stories have appeared in You Must Be This Tall To Ride, Colorado Review, The Massachusetts Review, Confrontation, and Puerto del Sol. She has won two Indiana Arts Commission Individual Artist Awards and a BSU Creative Arts Summer Salary grant, has been nominated for a Pushcart Prize, and was selected as a finalist for Fiction Magazine’s short story contest and Redivider’s AWP Quickie Nonfiction contest. She co-edits Freight Stories with Andrew Scott.
